- 1 - Required documents for Individual Hire
- (a) Copy of Passport and Visa Page
- (b) Copy of the Valid Drivers License
- (c) Copy of Credit Card or Debit card
- 2 - In case a Driver is less than 25 years of age or the license is less than 1 year, as per the U.A.E law, the hirer is Liable to pay 20% of the total accident cost.
- 3 - Police report is mandatory for all damages to the vehicle inccured during the period of hire.
- 4 - All Vehiches from Kashmir Star car rental are Comprehensive Insured.
- 5 - Collision damage waiver (CDW) is Optional
- 6 - Accident excess to be AED 2000+ (10% of Damage Cost)
- 7 - Minimum Rental period is 24 hours
- 8 - A Surcharge of AED 100 is applied as the Admin Cost + Knowledge dirham of AED 20 is cherged for any Traffic fines.
- 9 - Delivery Rates of AED 100 is applied for locations Sharjah, Jebal Ali, Discovery Gardens, DIP,Abu Dhabi etc.
- 10 - SALIK Charge of AED 4 per crossing
- 11 - GPS is available on request. In case of any damage cost will be recovered
- 12 - Baby Seats are available on request If any damage or stain mark is found fine charges shall be applied.
- 13 - Special Discounts are available for regular and Corporate Clients
- 14 - Chaffeur Drive Available on request with Luxury and Economic Cars.
